Flatpack
Link Surface Control Systems and Downhole Equipment
WellDynamics’ flatpack is the physical link between surface control systems and downhole equipment. Consisting of hydraulic and/or electronic control lines, the flatpack is available in a variety of different configurations to suit the application and well environment, including consideration for well temperature/pressure and wellbore fluids.
Mild steel cables (bumper lines) can be run through the length of WellDynamics’ flatpack to provide mechanical protection against crushing.
Benefits
- Increase loading capability of control lines using encapsulation and bumper lines
- Ensure that all control lines are tested and certified to include UTS, proof stress, elongation, NDT and hydraulic pressure tests
