Role:

As a result of increased growth and additional workload, we’re looking for Senior Service Technicians and Senior Service Supervisors to join the Operations Team supporting the Asia Pacific Region.  Reporting to the Operations Supervisor/Manager you will be responsible for:

• Continue to participate in training and product familiarization.
• Work closely with the OS/PE to prepare comprehensive details deployment and operating procedures, together with detailed subassembly makeup and hook-up drawings.
• Take responsibility for test/load out/deployment/operation of Intelligent Well Completions equipment.
• Actively contribute to pre/post job meetings
• Provide onsite technical support and be the focal point for liaison between customer (or PE) and WellDynamics.
• Ensure all end job reporting is collated accurately and on time and presented to the PE for finalisation.
• Actively pursue quality and safety goals during the whole project.
• Assist in training, monitoring and mentoring of all subordinates.
• Mentor service technicians.
• Perform other duties as and when required.

Individuals in this position may be assigned anywhere in their designated region and may be called upon to go to other regions if operational requirements demand a realignment of resources.  The Asia Pacific Region requires a rotational schedule of 35 days on / 35 days off.  Travel will be required during the 35 day off cycle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas operations experience preferably in the Intelligent Completions Industry.
• Must be knowledgeable of Downhole Tools.
• The ability to communicate with Customers effectively is required.
• Must be a Self Starter.
• Overseas travel, shift work, and extended stays in Brunei will be required.  Must be able to adapt to local living conditions.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Qualification or relevant work experience.
