Role:
To fully support significant new business in Eastern Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating, supervising and reporting of designated projects in line with WellDynamics project engineering processes and procedures.
- Entering, progressing and monitoring of equipment orders
- Taking an active role in the planning and preparation of product deliveries (projects)
- Budget control and cost reporting as required by relevant current directives
- Receipt of equipment at Halliburton/Contractor base
- Support operations by participating in on-shore preparation work or off-shore activities when required.
- Liaise with Client throughout the duration of the project to provide the following:
- Onshore support of Wells Teams during job planning, including attendance of Complete Well on Paper (CWOP), Risk Assessment and similar events
- On-shore support during initial well commissioning and well start-up
- On-shore support of Wells Teams during post job evaluation including attendance at After Action Reviews, job wash-up meetings and similar events
- Preparation of End of Well Report
- Provide Technical Support on WellDynamics Equipment to the Client
- Work with WellDynamics field technical support organisation to expediting out Non Conformance Reports
- Directly perform or coordinate field technical support for Incident Investigation where under performance has been experienced from WellDynamics
- Be aware of and conform to the company’s HSEQ requirements and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Previous operational experience in either completion engineering, production technology and/or experience with Permanent Monitoring and Intelligent Completion applications required
- Previous experience in a Project Engineering position and a demonstrated ability to co-ordinate equipment and personnel for operational activities required
- Must possess good communication and customer interaction skills
- Must have demonstrated an ability to work independently as well as a team member – you will have experience of leading a team effectively – and will have a positive attitude, demonstrating firmness and tact as well as an ability to support and train others
- Must have effectively contributed to discussions and actions concerning engineering design, operating and deployment procedures as well as personnel training and assessment matters.
