Role:

As a result of increased growth and additional workload, we’re looking for an International Business Development person to work in Houston reporting to the Vice President of Executive Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out the global marketing strategy for all regions.
  • Manage customers and business development for international customers who are based in Houston and elsewhere.
  • Prepare and keep updated an annual plan outlining product line sales prospects and detailing activities and resources required to maximise Company’s sales.
  • Maintain records and schedules of the Company Product & Service lines for assigned area and clients to show targets and WellDynamics and competitors’ market share.
  • Provide market details to enable Company to submit tenders/proposals which meet the targets of both the Company and the market.
  • Approve and promote Company’s products and services.  Ensure Company is pre-qualified for all appropriate work and included in all invitations to tender for specific accounts and customers.
  • Coordinate tender submittals for Business Development contacts for above mentioned international customers.
  • Keep informed and circulate information on market trends, competitor’s activity, new products and potential customer requirements.
  • Ensure all sales activities are carried out in accordance with Company Quality system and HSE programme and that all associated records are properly maintained

The position will be based in Houston, Texas.

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in completions with some experience of intelligent completions (flow control and/or permanent monitoring) required
  • Experience in technical completion sales/business development environment would be an advantage.
